Ten minute plays are fast gaining popularity in theatres, and in college and high school drama competitions. This new workshop gives students a chance to bring them to life on stage. Students will create props, costumes and sets and perform on the final day of class. This is a great opportunity to create small and large group scenework, as well as develop your stage presence in rehearsal and performance.

Do you love the outdoors and painting? In this camp, we will combine the two and take our art making outside! We will spend the week observing the beauty that surrounds us here on the banks of the St. Croix River, learning to paint from life and nature, and breaking down the landscape to create quick, expressive paintings. Let’s get outside and get inspired! Campers should dress for the weather.
-
Get ready to explore the fashion capital of the world! During this camp, we’ll stream a real French fashion show for inspiration, then bring a touch of Paris to life. Design and paint the Eiffel Tower onto chic tote bags, craft your own cardboard camera to capture photos of all the sights and create stylish beaded jewelry perfect for a Parisian outing. At the end of the week, we will work together to create a Paris–themed runway to show off your fabulous creations. Don’t forget to invite your family to the grand finale!
-
Students ready to deep dive into creating fully developed characters for the stage will love this camp experimenting with making bigger, more specific physical and acting choices and developing backstories for the characters you play onstage. Fascinating and fun, campers will share their work in a demonstration on the last day of camp.

Come and learn to paint the landscape outdoors! Plein air painting camp explores the fundamentals of color, color mixing, painting technique and composition. While observing the beauty that surrounds us here on the banks of the St. Croix River, we will focus on painting from life and nature and breaking down the landscape to create quick, expressive paintings.

Come spend the week exploring the fabulous world of woven art. Together, we’ll explore various textures, weights, and types of yarn while weaving your very own work of woven art. This is a great camp for teens who are curious about learning how to weave, and those who want to take their weaving technique to the next level.
