Individual Giving

After more than four decades of consistent, increasing support and cultivation of a flourishing art scene, the Phipps has proven that its supporters make a difference in the St. Croix Valley and beyond.

As a 501(c)3 charitable nonprofit, the Phipps invites and appreciates donations year-round. Anyone making a gift of any amount becomes a Member of the Phipps — and anyone who sets up a recurring gift of any amount becomes a part of our Ruby Ring.

Benefits of Phipps Membership/Ruby Ring

Phipps Membership is annual from the date of your gift. Two people in the same household will both be considered members. Please indicate member names when making your donation.

    • Voting rights at the Phipps Annual Meeting

    • Eligibility to enter the annual Members’ Spotlight art exhibition

    • Subscription to the Marquee magazine, a monthly Phipps publication featuring notice of performances, exhibitions, and classes

    • Invitations to special events

  • Legacy Giving

    Planned lifetime and estate gifts offer patrons and friends of The Phipps Center opportunities to perpetuate their interest in the arts and realize various advantages often available through thoughtful gift planning. Our goal is to serve your interests while advancing the mission of The Phipps. To date, there are more than 80 members of The Legacy Society who have established named endowments, made outright gifts of $5,000 or more for endowment, or informed The Phipps in writing of estate gifts for endowment.

    The Phipps welcomes art supplies, costumes, props, and furniture donations from the community. These donations can help in productions and educational activities benefiting the arts community as a whole.
