This practice is supportive to all levels. Find steadiness/ease while learning to trust your body, integrate, protect your joints, increase core stabilization, build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Somatic learning means slowing down and sensing the movement from the inside out to build awareness. Students may enroll for whole 16-week session, or purchase a punch card for 8 classes for $110. Recommended: a sticky mat, strap, block, and blanket for this class.
