Phipps Center Stage and the Phipps Junior Dance Company provide young dancers with the opportunity to challenge their technique and artistry on a higher level in a non-competitive setting.

 

  • The Phipps Dance Company is an auditioned ensemble of dedicated dancers in grades 9–12. Members rehearse weekly and train in a variety of styles while developing artistry, leadership, and technical excellence in a pre-professional environment. The Company provides dancers with additional performance opportunities beyond traditional dance recitals, including an annual theatrical spring production and community performances. It is under the direction of Mackenzie Lewis Foster and Abby Countryman.

  • The Phipps Junior Dance Company is an auditioned ensemble of dancers ages 10–13. They rehearse weekly and learn numbers in a variety of styles. The Company provides dancers with additional performance opportunities beyond our dance recitals. It is under the direction of Greta Lewis and Megan Bauer.
