Cardio Dance is a fun, upbeat class that doesn’t require any prior dance experience. This class offers simple, repetitive choreography that is specific to each song, and many of the movements can be modified to the individual’s level. The same set of the songs, along with the choreography, is used throughout the session, allowing you to focus on getting your groove (and sweat) on! Students may enroll for whole 16-week session, or purchase a punch card for 8 classes for $81. Unused punches on card may not be carried over to next session.
