The Teen Arts Studio is a new program of The Phipps, set to open late Fall 2022. The initial offering will be an Open Studio where teens (grades 8 through 12) can drop in to work on their own projects and to learn new techniques and art forms. The Open Studio will be supervised by an art educator and teens must register in advance to participate. The schedule for Open Studio will be posted soon. If you want to receive information as it becomes available, please contact Anastasia Shartin, Cultural Director, at ashartin@ThePhipps.org.
Special thanks to the Hudson Community Foundation for their support to jumpstart the Teen Arts Studio, which included convening a Teen Leadership Circle with 12 teens who are passionate about the arts to help shape and advise this new program.
