A juried art fair, featuring 80+ regional artists with fine art and traditional crafts for sale. Attendance at this annual art event continues to grow and attracts more than 8,000 visitors to Hudson’s historic downtown and scenic Lakefront Park on the St. Croix River.

The Phipps Center for the Arts in Hudson, Wisconsin, invites high school age arts students and their teachers from western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota to submit one original work each in any media for the Annual Area High School Art Exhibition. Drop-off of artwork is scheduled for April 11 and 12. This special exhibit will include first, second, and third place Judge's Awards by a professional artist or educator during the reception as well as the MaryLu Brown Scholarship for the Arts, available to graduating seniors.
Reception Sunday, May 7, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.
This two-day annual juried art fair features 80 artists and attracts more than 8,000 visitors to Hudson’s Lakefront Park. Application deadlines are March 1 and May 1. Guidelines will be posted here by February 1. Artists may apply through Zapplication.org or submit application materials via e-mail or regular mail.

Calling all movers, shakers & makers! The Phipps invites all creatives to become a member of The Phipps and submit up to two original pieces in any media for the annual Members’ Spotlight exhibition. The 2023 Members’ Spotlight Exhibit move to the fall, November 3 – December 10. Entry instructions will be posted by June 1.

To show your work in the Galleries or in exhibitions at off-site venues programmed by The Phipps, you must respond to the Annual Call for Artists. The submission deadline is July 1 to be considered for off-site exhibits the following year and for Galleries exhibits approximately two years in advance. Submission guidelines will be posted by February 1.
