The performance assistant cleans and maintains assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by requirements and business needs.
Part-time performance assistant needed at performance times. Primarily Friday evenings and weekends, most weekends. A few weeknight events will take place in December. Also the option to occasionally fill in for daytime week day person.

The Phipps is currently seeking paid theatrical support roles (directors, designers, stage managers, technicians, crew, and more) to work on our many seasonal events from theater to dance to concerts.
The Phipps is a multi-use performing arts space. We produce and present events on our 250 seat, proscenium mainstage “John H. Potter Theater”, our intimate 125 seat Black Box Theater, as well as performance, music and dance recitals throughout our studios and galleries.

Base Rates for Production Support Roles:
Lighting Designer: $1,000
Scenic Designer: $1,100
Costume Designer: $1,000 + Production?
Props Designer: $500
Sound Designer: $500 play/ $850 musical (+ additional for mixing)
Music Director: $1,000 + additional for conducting TBD
Stage Manager: $1,000
