1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Class Fee: $85, including materials
Instructor: Kat Corrigan
This class will focus on architecture and the idea of painting a building you love, like your house, the house you grew up in, the cabin you loved staying in on the lake, your grandma’s house that you miss dearly, your favorite deer stand, you get the idea! Send the instructor your photo prior to class so she can print it to the proper size.
The instructor will set participants up with her limited pallet of Golden Acrylics, give students a pre-gessoed panel and lend them the brushes they need to succeed. The students will paint from a photo they have sent her before class that she will crop to fit the panels. She will tell participants her tips and tricks for painting and show them how to draw their building into the light! Transfer paper will make the progression a bit smoother and students will leave with a completed painting- Sizes are 8×8 or 8×10
