The Spirit of the St. Croix Art Festival Each September, the Phipps Center joins the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau in presenting Spirit of the St. Croix Art Festival in Lakefront Park. The event features food, live music, and an art fair with more than 80 juried artists displaying their wares.
