Event Description

Campers will learn and experience vocal and physical theater skills and techniques as they rehearse and perform Porridgegate, a hilarious fractured
fairytale. Goldie Locks has been arrested for stealing Ursula Bear’s bowl of porridge, but is she guilty or was she framed? It will take the crack investigative reporting of Woodsman and Bernadette, along with some help from a top-secret source, to unravel the biggest scandal in the history of Wychwood-under-Ooze.

The play will be performed for the general public on:
Friday, July 20 at 2 p.m. & 7 p.m.
Saturday, July 21 at 2 p.m.
Sunday, July 22 at 2 p.m.
General admission tickets are $7 for this one-hour production in the Black Box Theater.

Class fee: $379, includes a camp t-shirt and two tickets to a performance.

Instructor Tami Provencher directs for The Phipps Children’s Theater, Lake Middle School, and StageCoach Theatre Arts in St. Paul, where she is also the drama teacher. In addition, she has performed and taught in schools as part of a children’s repertory company and as a theater and dance artist-in-residence in the five-state area with SteppingStone and Stages Theatres.
