5:20 – 6:05 p.m.
This class will focus on improving core strength and range of movement. We will begin with a warm up to raise the body temperature. Next we’ll focus on sculpting the body including the shoulder girdle, front, sides, back of the torso, hips, thighs and gluteus. Class finishes with stretches and movements to increase range of motion. The purpose of this class is to enrich daily activities with ease of movement, balance and strength. All body types are welcome.
Please bring a mat and wear very comfortable stretchy clothing.
Instructor Pat Graf has taught dance in Hudson and the surrounding area for many years. She has certifications from Mossa in Group Core and Group Active. She is certified in other related courses including Zumba, Silver Sneakers Classic, Circuit, Yoga and Cardio, as well as Moving for Better Balance. She will be obtaining a certification in Mat Pilates this fall.
